Oct. 30
Charles J. Forester, 35, of Cahokia, was arrested on an in-state warrant on Route 3 at Frontage Road.

Nov. 1
Tyler S. Morgan, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant at 200 Columbia Centre.

James M. Dreyer, 60, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI at 1101 Valmeyer Road.

Nov. 2
Roy D. King Sr., 35, of Belleville, was arrested for criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing at 125 AA Road.

Alexis Caber, 20, of Columbia, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol.

Monroe County Sheriff

Oct. 28
Theodore Magliulo of Hecker was arrested on an in-state warrant on Old Orchard Lane.

Oct. 30
Hardy B. Hammonds of Red Bud was arrested on an in-state warrant.

Nov. 1
David B. Harmon of Columbia was arrested on an in-state warrant.

Nov. 4
Jennifer Boehmer, 29, of St. Louis, was charged with two counts of felony theft for incidents involving jewelry back in July and August.

Valmeyer Police

Nov. 4
Steven Diveley, 28, and Sarah Diveley, 26, both of Waterloo, were each charged with deceptive practice for an incident at Mike’s Convenience Store in July.

Waterloo Police

Oct. 31
Possible alcohol-related charges are pending following a crash that occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the area of 740 North Market Street. The vehicle involved went off the roadway and into a ditch, taking out two mailboxes near AutoZone in the process. No other information was available.

Nov. 2
Spencer Venable, 29, of Swansea, was issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting at BoBeck’s, 1324 Jamie Lane.

Nov. 3
James Cody Voss, 21, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lighting on Route 3 at Rose Lane.
