Police, fire and EMS responded around 7 a.m. Friday to a three-vehicle crash on Route 3 north of Columbia Avenue in Waterloo.

A Buick Rendezvous sideswiped a work truck and then collided head-on with a Mercury Milan in the crash. At least one person was transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries not considered life-threatening.
