The Republic-Times Teams of the Week are the Waterloo Junior High School boys and girls bowling squads. Both placed second at the SIJHSAA State Tournament held March 16 at St. Clair Bowl in addition to Sam Beck winning individual champion for the boys and Allisa Wisley and Quinn Ahrens placing second and third, respectively, for the girls. WJHS won the boys and girls SIJHSAA North Regional championship March 9 in Belleville. There were 10 schools and 49 bowlers for the boys and seven schools and 36 girls competing in this regional.
