The R-T Athlete of the Week is Gibault baseball player Wes Degener. He is hitting .486 to lead the 17-9 Hawks, with two home runs and 20 RBIs.

Degener went 2-for-3 with four runs scored in Wednesday’s 12-2 home win over Mater Dei. He went 4-for-5 with a home run and four RBIs in Tuesday’s 12-6 win over Windsor. Degener was 2-for-4 with a run scored in Thursday’s 11-8 loss to Nashville.
