Emergency personnel responded shortly before 11:40 a.m. Tuesday to a two-vehicle crash on Route 158 at Limestone Lane between Columbia and Millstadt.

There were no serious injuries reported as a result of the crash, but one person requested to be checked out by medical personnel. That person declined medical transport from the scene.

There was lane blockage, resulting in traffic backed up in the area of the crash.

Responding agencies included the Columbia Fire Department, Columbia EMS, Columbia police and Illinois State Police.
