Columbia Police

June 17
Jessica A. Schmidt, 35, of Columbia, was arrested on an in- state warrant at 366 W. Liberty Street.

Brett R. Spinner, 20, of East Carondelet, was arrested on an in-state warrant.

June 22
Heath A. Kipping, 21, of Red Bud, was arrested on an in-state warrant on Mark Drive at Admiral Parkway.

Evan T. Guebert, 22, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI, speeding too fast for conditions and disobeying a stop sign at 392 N. Ridge Road.

Dupo Police

June 25
Multiple agencies were called in to assist with a morning stand- off incident involving a depressed 45-year-old woman who threatened harm and barricaded herself inside an apartment on Will Drive. She surrendered to police shortly before 10 a.m., and was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

Monroe County Sheriff

June 17
Sean Buckley of Waterloo was arrested on two St. Clair County warrants on East Back Street in Hecker.

The theft of $150 from a purse belonging to a female employee of Waterloo Country Club while she was working is under investigation.

June 19
The reported theft of items from a shed on East Back Street in Hecker is under investigation.

June 22
The theft of a fishing radar device from a boat on West Washington Street in Hecker is under investigation.

Travion L. Brock of St. Louis was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis for treatment of injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash on Bluff Road at Fountain Road around 2:25 p.m. The report states Brock was traveling south on Bluff Road in his 2006 Honda when he lost control on loose gravel, attempted to avoid striking a vehicle on Fountain Road, and went into an embankment.

Waterloo Police

June 4
Ashley D. Smith, 32, of Hecker, was arrested for the theft of a cell phone.

June 15
John W. Reid Jr., 49, of Freeburg, was arrested for domestic battery.

Mark Novack, 55, of Waterloo, was issued a city ordinance violation for public wrangling at Dairy Queen.

June 17
James J. Williams, 29, of St. Louis, was arrested on two counts of theft after allegedly stealing two donation boxes containing money for the Humane Society of Monroe County at U-Gas.

June 19
Dimitri Timon Hayes, 20, of Waterloo, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol.

June 21
David Grohs, 39, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

June 22
Brett Hasenmueller, 23, of Kirkwood, Mo., was arrested for DUI and no insurance on Route 3.
