Columbia Police

May 21 – William J. Goodnick, 54, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Bluff Road at Bottom Road.

Thomas W. Buckley of Hecker was arrested on a Monroe County warrant on Admiral Parkway at Valmeyer Road.

May 22 – Timothy M. Leible, 21, of Manchester, Mo., was arrested for DUI, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, no insurance and driving in the wrong lane on Admiral Parkway at North Main Street.

May 24 – Hayley K. Krauss, 18, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

May 25 – Michael P. Shackelford, 45, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding on Admiral Parkway at Admiral Weinel.

Donna L. Powell of Columbia was arrested on an in-state war- rant on I-255.

May 26 – Michael Lambert of Lenzburg was arrested for unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Monroe County Sheriff

May 19 – An alleged incident of criminal sexual abuse that may have occurred five years ago is under investigation.

May 20 – The theft of an air compressor from a yard in the area of 4400 Doyle Road is under investigation.

May 21 – Reports of multiple vehicle break-ins on Andrew Court near Columbia are under investigation.

Nicholas Mansfield was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Justin A. Cox, 23, of Dupo, was arrested for residential burglary and burglary following an incident on Harbaugh Lane.

May 23 – Stephanie Stroup of Waterloo was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

May 24 – A battery reported on Schreder Lane is under investigation.

May 25 – Kasey Gallagher, 20, of Waterloo, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol, no valid registration and no insurance on Fourth Street at Church Street in Waterloo.

May 26 – Dawn Sensel, 24, of Fults, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and disobeying a stop sign on LL Road at Kaskaskia Road.

Hannah and Holly Mayberry, both of Red Bud, were arrested on in-state warrants on Powell Road.

St. Clair County Sheriff

May 25 – Hecker Fire Department personnel responded around 12:30 a.m. to a vehicle crash with injury in the area of 4077 Hoffman Road in Floraville east of Waterloo. One person was transported to Saint Louis University Hospital. No other information was available.

Waterloo Police

May 22 – Reports of several burglaries to motor vehicles in the area of Dannehold Farms Drive are under investigation. “Several unlocked vehicles were entered and items taken from them. The public needs to remember to lock their vehicles even when they are parked at home,” Waterloo Police Chief Jim Trantham said.

May 24 – Stanley Dickey, 28, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery following an incident on Kasey Lane.

May 27 – Police and EMS responded to a multi-vehicle crash on North Market Street outside of Imo’s around noon with possible injuries. No other information was available, but it is believed no major injuries were reported.
