Seth N. Teeter, 32, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant at 403 E. Cherry Street.

Jason R. Mennemeyer, 36, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery on Eastwood Street.

Brittani E. Shreve, 30, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI at 301 Southport Drive.

Hannah E. Mayberry, 23, of Red Bud, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and disobeying a traffic signal on Admiral Parkway at Gall Road.

Oct. 12
Rocky A. Costello, 33, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, improper lane usage and no insurance on Old State Route 3 at Columbia Lakes Drive.

Oct. 13
Clayton R. Augustine, 18, and Brett M. Wiggers, 19, both of Waterloo, were cited for unlawful possession of alcohol on Rueck Road. Augustine was also arrested for possession of cannabis.

Daniel J. McCollum, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no insurance at 616 Amber Tree Court.

Karen L. Philpot, 57, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery on Charlotte Avenue.

Daniel M. Stroud, 53, of Columbia, was arrested for aggravated assault and issued a city ordinance violation for public intoxication on Columbia Lakes Drive.

Oct. 8
The theft of extension cords, welding materials and copper wiring from 4469 LL Road is under investigation.

William Loless was arrested on Route 156 at Fountain Creek Ridge on a warrant out of Texas.

Jennifer A. Boehmer, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested for the alleged theft of two gold rings and a pair of earrings on G Road.

Krystal Bostic, 32, of Cahokia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Jason R. Schmidt, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested on Fortman Lane on two counts of domestic battery and for unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence.

Martin J. Belt of Fults was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis after his 2001 Ford Ranger left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned in the area of Sutterville Road north of Fults Road around 10:20 a.m.

A 2003 Dodge Ram driven by Douglas Posey of Waterloo collided with a 2007 Dodge Charger driven by Shirley J. Phelps of Waterloo around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Kaskaskia Road at G Road. Both were taken to Belleville Memorial Hospital. Posey was cited for improper lane usage.

Jason A. Williams, 36, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery at a residence on Route 3.

Sara J. Jennings, 26, of Columbia, was cited for endangering the life of a child after allegedly leaving six children under the age of 18 unattended in her car while it was running in the U-Gas parking lot.

Timothy C. Kutterer, 24, of St. Louis, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on North Market Street north of Columbia Avenue.
