The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Dupo High School girls basketball player Octavia Heidelberg. The sophomore forward leads the Tigers this season in scoring at 11.2 points per game and in rebounding at nearly 15 rebounds per game. She’s also averaging 1.3 blocks per contest. She averaged 14.2 rebounds per game last year as a freshman.
