The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Waterloo High School wrestler Konnor Stephens. The senior recently secured his 129th career victory, placing him tops in WHS wrestling history for wins. Stephens qualified for this weekend’s state tournament and is a two-time state qualifier in addition to being a three-time regional champion. For the season, Stephens is 36-11 in the 132-pound weight division.
