The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Columbia High School football player Hudson Bryant. Just days after losing his younger brother in a car crash, this senior turned in a memorable performance in Friday’s loss at home to rival Waterloo. In addition to catching a fourth quarter touchdown pass, Bryant led Columbia on defense with 10 tackles and four assists.
