The Waterloo High School music department will perform its Winter Concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7 in the WHS auditorium.

The concert will open with the WHS Jazz Band, which will play swing, funk and latin tunes. Featured soloists with the jazz band are Emma Kramer, Cole Hume, Eden Stratton, Joe Grant, Alex Marquardt, Quinn Huebner, Connor Fox and Eli Ward.

The WHS Concert Band will follow with a program full of variety.  Selections to be performed include “An American Fanfare,” “Declaration Overture,” “Mars,” “Queen in Concert,” and “Folk Dances.”

The concert is free and the public is encouraged to attend.
