The Waterloo Homecoming is this Friday and Saturday Aug. 23 and 24 with a theme of “Agriculture Past & Present.” Both days will feature food and cold drinks as well as kids rides. On Friday, the Waterloo Municipal Band will play from 7-8 p.m. with Tim Berg and the Kurtz Family Band playing from 8 p.m. to midnight. The parade begins Saturday at 5 p.m. The WHS drum line performs from 6:30-7 p.m., the Bud Light Brigade plays from 7-8 p.m. and Boulderdash takes the stage from 8 p.m. to midnight.
