VHS Sports Hall of Fame induction

The Valmeyer High School Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place Saturday, May 5, at St. Mary Parish Center.

This year’s class of inductees includes the 1967-68 baseball team, former minor league pitcher Nick Baltz, and legendary coaches Vern “Spec” Tomlinson and Barbara Young.

The Valmeyer Knights of Columbus will be serving pizza, chips and salsa and wings beginning at 5 p.m., with the induction ceremony taking place at 7 p.m.

The public is invited to attend.
