The Valmeyer Halloween at Mike’s celebration will still continue this Saturday with one modification. Due to COVID concerns, the costume contest will be held virtually by submitting pictures taken at Mike’s Convenience Store, 522 South Meyer Avenue, on Halloween to be posted on Facebook for voting. Chili, hot dogs, chips and soda will still be available outside the store from 5:30-8 p.m.
