Join friends of Maeystown as they peel apples and stir applebutter at the 1859 Maeystown Preservation Society Rock Mill on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 27-28, in preparation for the thirty-ninth annual Oktoberfest on Sunday, Oct. 13. Apple peeling will take place at the mill between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sept. 27 and apple stirring will begin at 6 a.m. and go until 3 p.m. on Sept. 28.
