There will be a Third Street Alley Halloween Party in Waterloo from 2-midnight this Saturday, Oct. 27, between Hopskeller Brewing Co. and Vintage Wine Bar.

Join the kid-friendly celebration featuring 3 Amigos playing from 4-8 p.m. and Silverback from 8-11 p.m.. There will also be costume contests for best man, woman and group with judging at 10:30 p.m. and gift certificates to Vintage Wine Bar and Hopskeller Brewing as prizes.
