Vintage Wine Bar in Waterloo is hosting the 2019 Vintage Wine Fest Sept. 28 beginning at 3 p.m. Over 60 wines will be available for tasting with live music featuring Izzie and the Cloud Jumpers at 3 p.m. and the Skylark Brothers beginning at 8 p.m. Four tastings are $10 or 10 tastings for $20.
