Brett Huber and Rob Beatty | Athletes of Week

The Republic-Times Athletes of the Week are Millstadt VFW’s Brett Huber, left, and Rob Beatty. The duo won co-MVP honors for the Mon-Clair Baseball League playoffs last week.

Huber was the pitcher of record in Millstadt’s 6-0 win against the St. Louis Printers in round one. He also won the clinching game three against the St. Louis Spikes.

Beatty went 8-for-15 with two doubles and five RBIs during the playoffs.
