Emergency personnel responded Thursday afternoon to two separate minor crashes in Columbia.

The first such crash occurred shortly before 1 p.m. on North Main Street at East Whiteside Street and involved two vehicles. No injuries were reported in this incident.

The second crash was shortly after 4 p.m. on Route 3 at Veterans Parkway, also involving two vehicles. There was road blockage as a result of this crash, with only minor injuries reported.
