Columbia Police
Sept. 9
Fred C. Clutts Jr., 47, of Tilden, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage at Midwest Petroleum, 1553 N. Main Street.
Sept. 10
Robert D. Anderson, 35, of St. Louis, was arrested on multiple in-state warrants at 2621 Columbia Lakes Drive.
Kurt J. Klein, 32, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI and no insurance at Midwest Petroleum, 1553 N. Main Street.

Monroe County Sheriff
Aug. 30
Ashlie J. Macklin, 29, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
Sept. 3
Soren B. Peterson, 18, of East St. Louis, was arrested for possession of cannabis (more than 30 but less than 500 grams) on Route 3 at Gall Road in Waterloo.
Nicole L. Johnson, 28, of Freeburg, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
Sept. 4
Michael A. Slusser, 30, of Dupo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Sept. 7
Lance Buehler, 28, of Waterloo, was arrested on  a Monroe County warrant for failure to appear in court. He was also arrested on a new charge of felony forgery.

Waterloo Police
Sept. 4
Thomas Henson, 20 of Waterloo, was arrested for criminal damage to property after he allegedly damaged a car door in the Walmart parking lot.
Sept. 6
Blake E. Miller, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery at Circle K, 209 S. Market Street.
Sept. 8
John D. Carner, 37, of Collinsville, was charged with theft following an Aug. 9 incident at 14 Victor Street.
Sept. 9
Madelyn McGinnis, 19, and Steven Stryker, 38, both of Waterloo, were each arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe at 311 Front Street. Also arrested on the same charge was Kyle Walker, 26, of Red Bud.
Sept. 10
Daniel Range, 36, of Belleville, was arrested for DUI on North Market Street at Route 3.
Amy Bryant, 40, of Waterloo, was arrested for battery in the 500 block of West Mill Street after she allegedly pulled another woman’s hair. Just two hours later, Bryant was issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting at the same location. Sharon Coulson, 39, of Waterloo, was also issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting in the second incident.
Sept. 11
Anna Maria Stanescu, 27, of Anaheim, Calif., was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after she allegedly tried to steal more than 20 packages of razor blades from the store.
