Columbia Police
April 29
Tyler W. Lawrence, 27, of Waterloo, was arrested on an in-state warrant and for obstructing identification on Palmer Road at Ghent Road.
April 30
Jason A. Autry, 37, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery in the 400 block of Dianne Avenue.
May 1
Christopher G. Haney, 50, of Waterloo, was arrested on an in-state warrant on South Main Street.
May 2
Julianna N. Kavano-Mosley, 22, of Red Bud, was arrested on an in-state warrant on Admiral Parkway and Bottom Avenue.
Michael P. Vogt, 39, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested for DUI and cited for improper lane usage, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle in the parking lot of Columbia Center.

Monroe County Sheriff
April 27
Lashea M. Harington, of St. Louis, was arrested on an out-of-state warrant.
April 29
Michael L. McKee, 22, and Trevor C. Hudson, 22, both of Waterloo, were arrested for possession of cannabis (more than 30 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia on Fourth Street at Sandalwood Drive in Waterloo.
Shortly before 3:30 p.m., police received a complaint of a reckless driver in a blue Ford F-150 heading north on Route 159 from Red Bud. Deputy Justin Mendenhall was in the area at that time and located a truck matching the description just south of Hecker at a residence. Mendenhall almost immediately learned of the stolen truck from a farm on Griggs Road in Randolph County and determined the truck he located was stolen. The suspect, John H. Ellis of Belleville, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and the truck was returned to the owner.
April 30
The theft of $70 from a residence on Mystic Lane in Waterloo is under investigation.
May 3
A burglary reported on West Washington Street in Hecker is under investigation. The victim reported $700 worth of cash, earrings and watches stolen from a safe.
The Valmeyer Fire Department was requested by deputies shortly before 8 a.m. to assist in a search at a crash site. A vehicle was found in the creek near 1651 Route 156 between new and old Valmeyer. Police eventually tracked down the driver of the vehicle and determined he did not require medical transport.
May 4
Jason M. Range, 43, of Waterloo, was arrested by Monroe County Sheriff Neal Rohlfing on a parole violation for possession of a controlled substance in the 300 block of East First Street in Waterloo.

Waterloo Police
April 18
Roman Foster, 20, of Columbia, was arrested for retail theft and unlawful possession of alcohol at Walmart after allegedly taking two bottles of Jack Daniel’s.
April 20
Dwight Donley, 27, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of cannabis on Mill at Library streets.
April 28
Dimitri Hayes, 22, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery and battery at Lions Park.
May 1
David Grohs, 41, of Waterloo, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Monroe County.
May 3
Todd Jahr, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after allegedly taking various items from the store.
