Judy A. Bivins, 76, of Dupo, died Dec. 25, 2015, at her residence.

She was born Oct. 23, 1941, in East St. Louis, daughter of the late Edward and Leora Vogt (nee Bertram).

On May 30, 1963, she married the love of her life, Terry Dean Bivins.

Judy worked most of her life as a personal care provider.

Judy is survived by her children, Jennifer (fiance Robert Stumpf, Jr.) Melican of Waterloo, Jesse (Jenny) Pinnion of Waterloo, and Trent Bivins of East Carondelet; her brother James (Geraldine) Vogt of Columbia; her sister Carol Huebner of Columbia; grandchildren Jakob Bivins, Jessica Bivins, Henry Bivins, Shelby Bivins, Charles Bivins, Payton Bivins, Mackenzie Melican, Kellyn Melican, Josie Stumpf, Aiden Pinnion, Alexia Pinnion, Austin Stumpf and Kelsey Stumpf; along with nieces, nephews and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

At Judy’s request, all services were private.
