The Columbia Eagles (9-1, 6-0 Cahokia Conference) finished their regular season undefeated before falling in the first round of postseason play. The Waterloo Bulldogs (4-5, 3-2 Mississippi Valley Conference) and Dupo Tigers (4-5, 3-3 Cahokia Conference) were in the playoff hunt all season, but each team came up just short of qualifying for a postseason berth.

Pick up the Dec. 31 edition of the R-T for the offensive and defensive all-local team.
