The Waterloo Park District and Waterloo Optimist Club invite the public to the dedication of an ADA swing in William Zimmer Park, 732 N. Rogers Street, Waterloo, at 9 a.m. Aug. 11. The swing will be dedicated to the memory of a wonderful young man, WHS student Maxwell “Max” Paul.
