Dora Fay Wild

Dora Fay Wild (nee Hankins), 66, of Waterloo, died June 4, 2015, in Waterloo.

She was born June 6, 1948, in St. Louis, daughter of the late Eugene and Elsie Hankins (nee Cooper).

Dora was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in St. Joe and the Women’s Fellowship.

She is survived by her husband Ronald Wild; children Angie (Brian) Hoffman and Randy (Tiffany) Wild; grandchildren Mason Hoffman and Marisa Hoffman; sisters Carolyn Davis and Wilma Eckert; half-brother Bill (Helen) Jackson; brother Kenneth Hankins; and godchildren Tim Wild, Bill Knobloch, Amy Cope and Rebecca Krebel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister and brothers-in-law Gloria and Lee Knobloch, and John Davis.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, June 6, at 2 p.m., at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Waterloo, with Pastor Nancy Spier-Lee officiating.

A memorial luncheon and gathering will immediately follow at Acorns Golf Links in Wartburg.

Per Dora’s request, cremation will be held.
