Kevin Albert Schanuel Jr.
Kevin Albert Schanuel Jr., 32, of Cahokia, died Sept. 12, 2017, at Touchette Regional Hospital, Centreville.
A memorial service was Sept. 15, at Hope Christian Church, Columbia. The service included time for family and friends to share their memories of Kevin.
A meal and time of fellowship followed the service at the church.

David B. Kendall
David B. Kendall, 75, of Valmeyer, died Sept. 14, 2017, in Waterloo.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sept. 17, at Quernheim Funeral Home, and 8-9:15 a.m. Sept. 18, at Quernheim Funeral Home, Waterloo.
Funeral mass is at 10 a.m.  Sept. 18, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Valmeyer, Father Felix Chukwuma officiating.
Interment will follow at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, Waterloo.

Janet L. Dillard
Janet L. Dillard (nee Schmidt), 81, of Columbia, died Sept. 14, 2017, at St. Anthony’s Medical Center, St. Louis.
A celebration of Janet’s life will be from 2-5 p.m. Sept. 21, at the Schmidt Family Farm, Columbia.
Cremation was held.

Helen G. Godare
Helen G. Godare (nee Fults), 87, of Waterloo, died Sept. 14, 2017, in Waterloo.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sept. 17, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 18, at Quernheim Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., at Sept. 18, at Quernheim Funeral Home, Waterloo, with family officiating.
Interment will be at St. John Cemetery, Fults.

Noel G. Simpson
Noel G. Simpson, 79, of Waterloo, died Sept. 17, 2017, in St. Louis.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Dennis Michael Pulcher
Dennis Michael “Mike” Pulcher, 68, of Dupo, died Sept. 16, 2017.
Services were Sept. 20, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Columbia, Pastor Steven Theiss officiating.
Interment followed at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, with full military honors. 

Sylvia “June” Siedle-Barrow
Sylvia “June” Siedle-Barrow, 87, of Clearwater, Fla., formerly of Waterloo, died July 16, 2017.
A memorial graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 23,  at Waterloo City Cemetery.
