The Columbia High School girls bowling team is this week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week.

The Lady Eagles completed the regular season 12-0. They also just finished 15th at the 32-team O’Fallon Panther Challenge Saturday. This is the best finish for the team in Eagle coach Kevin Nowak’s five years of coaching with the school.

“The highlight of the day was in game seven of the Baker format when the girls rolled seven strikes in a row and finished with a 246 score,” Nowak said…

The undefeated girls topped Lebanon Tuesday, 36-4, in their Senior Night. They will participate in Sectionals Feb. 2.
