Victoria Younge, R-T Athlete of the Week

R-T Athlete of the Week is Gibault Catholic High School girls track standout Victoria Younge, who participated Thursday in the state meet in Charleston. At the Chester Sectional on May 16, Younge qualified for state in the triple jump and 110 meter high hurdles.

On Thursday, Younge placed second in her heat in the high hurdles, qualifying for Saturday’s state finals in that event. She did not advance to finals in the triple jump.

Victoria is the daughter of George and Elizabeth Younge of Dupo.
