Vera L. Baebler

Vera L.  Baebler (nee Jahr), 94, of Columbia, died April 21, 2016, in Waterloo.

She was born June 25, 1921, in Valmeyer, daughter of the late John and Eleanor Jahr (nee Fellenstein).

She was married to Kenneth G. Baebler; he preceded her in death.

She was a retired personnel records analyst at Southwestern Bell Telephone in St. Louis.

She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Columbia, the Womens Club, Telephone Pioneers of America, Columbia Senior Citizens; Helping Strays of Monroe County; &and 4-H of Monroe County.

She is survived by her sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
