This week’s Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Waterloo High School football player Rick Wiegand. The senior running back scored all four of his team’s touchdowns (one receiving, three rushing) — including a game-winning 10-yard TD run in overtime — in last weekend’s 27-24 victory at Columbia.
