Columbia Police
Feb. 10
Portia N. Rushing, 27, of East. St. Louis, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
Feb. 11
Brian K. Diveley, 42, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
Nathan Rumpsa, 18, of St. Louis, was cited for speeding (more than 35 miles per hour over speed limit) on I-255.
Feb. 12
Terrell T. Crymes, 26, of Cahokia, was arrested for multiple in-state warrants on I-255.
Varian D. Custer, 29, of East St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant and for no insurance and speeding on I-255.

Monroe County Sheriff
Feb. 9
Kari Trankel, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant on Kaskaskia Road at Route 3.
Feb. 11
Justin Veteto, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Matthew Santiago, 28, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
Jerald Massie, 29, of East Carondelet, was issued a notice to appear on charges of DUI and driving while license revoked following an Oct. 3 traffic crash on Bluff Road south of Hanover Road with injury and property damage.
Feb. 13
A possible battery reported on South Main Street in Hecker is under investigation following an altercation that occurred.
Feb. 15
Michael Finklang, 22, of St. Louis, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis (more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams) following a traffic stop on Bottom Road near DD Road.

Waterloo Police
Feb. 8
Duane Stemmley, 47, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant (failure to appear for aggravated DUI) and Randolph County warrant (failure to appear for DUI) in the 200 block of Norma Avenue.
Feb. 9
Amber McDonald, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant for speeding.
Feb. 10
Laura Acton, 25, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after allegedly taking items valued at $31 from the store.
Feb. 11
The report of a shed broken into with tools missing in the 100 block of Rau Street is under investigation.
Feb. 12
Daniel Hannaford, 37, of Columbia, was arrested on two counts of retail theft for incidents that occurred Feb. 11 and 12 at U-Gas. He allegedly stole bottles of vodka and whiskey on Feb. 11 and stole motor oil and whiskey on Feb. 12.
