Columbia Police
Sept. 30
Billy Kidd Stephens, 22, of Columbia, was arrested on an Illinois Department of Corrections parole violation at 723 N. Main Street.
Eric J. Wilson, 22, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving in the wrong lane and no seat belt on Whiteside at Metter.

Monroe County Sheriff
Sept. 28
A vehicle parked in the Select Fuel gas station lot on Route 3 near Red Bud had a window busted out and plates removed. The incident is under investigation.
Sept. 29
Carolyn Deweese of Mascoutah was arrested on an in-state warrant.
The theft of a decorative wine bottle from Schorr Lake Vineyards on South Library Street in Waterloo is under investigation. The incident occurred on Sept. 12.
Oct. 1
Kayla Gulley of Dupo was arrested on an in-state warrant.
Oct. 3
Robert C. Greenhill, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI on Floraville Road.
Haley Nichols, 37, of Waterloo, was arrested on Route 3 in Waterloo for DUI, improper lane usage, resisting arrest and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
John H. Cooper, 42, of Dupo, was arrested for felony driving while license revoked (eighth offense) and on a Jasper County warrant.

Waterloo Police
Sept. 29
Robert David Maurer, 46, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident on Rogers Street at Hamacher. The crash occurred shortly before 9 p.m., in which the 2001 BMW Maurer was driving rear-ended another vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Oct. 4
Renee Shelsky, 18, Anthony Mitchell, 19, and Daniel Shackelford, 22, all of Waterloo, were each charged with retail theft at Walmart for allegedly stealing a selfie stick and hair coloring from the store.
Alex Netemeyer, 18, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia at Walmart. He is alleged to have taken a can of canned air from the store.
