Columbia Police
Sept. 27
Lee Everett Nichols, 31, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Sept. 30
James D. Tutor, 39, of Columbia, was arrested at Dupo High School following a domestic battery that occurred in Columbia.

Monroe County Sheriff
Sept. 26
Devin McClanahan, 32, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Sept. 29
Deputies assisted EMS personnel and Red Bud Fire Department first responders with a crash at 7:30 a.m. on Route 159 at LL Road. A 2016 Jeep Cherokee driven by Angeline Biehl, 47, of Red Bud, was traveling east on LL Road and attempted a left turn onto Route 159 when it collided with a vehicle driven by Amanda L. Wagner, 30, of Hecker, which was traveling south on Route 159. Wagner’s car rolled over following the collision. Biehl was transported to Memorial Hospital in Belleville and Wagner was transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, both with minor injuries. Biehl was cited for failure to yield.
Oct. 2
David Boston, 46, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery, possession of firearms without a FOID card and felony unlawful restraint following an incident in the area of 5600 Winding Path Lane.
Oct. 3
Aaron Brigance, 21, of Waterloo, was arrested for aggravated fleeing or eluding police, driving while license suspended, no insurance, driving without lights, no valid registration and disobeying a stop sign on Rachael Lane at Rose Lane after police observed him driving a motorcycle at an excessive speed on Route 3 without lights sometime after 10:30 p.m.

Sept. 19
David Grohs Jr., 43, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after he allegedly stole a shop vac and toy battery charger from the store.
Sept. 24
Chad Douthit, 38, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI on Marketplace Drive.
Sept. 27
Zachary Buckman, 19, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Tiffanie Miller, 28, of Waterloo, was arrested on a fugitive from justice out-of-state warrant stemming from a forgery charge in Missouri.
Sept. 28
Waterloo officers assisted Granite City police in apprehending an East St. Louis man wanted for threats made to a school building or person in Granite City. Nicholas J. Schardan, 18, was staying in the 400 block of West Fourth Street when arrested last week. He remains in the Madison County Jail on $65,000 bond for the felony charge.
Sept. 29
Matthew Heuer, 35, of O’Fallon, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after he allegedly stole a pair of headphones from the store.
Sept. 30
Barry Alexander, 62, of Columbia, was cited for criminal damage to property after he allegedly keyed someone’s car in the Rural King parking lot during a road rage incident.
Oct. 1
Carrie Wellman, 23, of Columbia, was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol on Moore Street at Fourth Street.
Oct. 2
Tori J. Killy, 18, of Columbia, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after she allegedly stole clothes and food items from the store.
About 11 p.m., police and EMS responded to the 300 block of Adams Drive for a male subject found unresponsive on the front yard of a home. CPR was administered and the subject was transported to an area hospital. It is believed the man was dumped on the lawn by subjects in a vehicle. Drug use is suspected in the incident, which remains under investigation.
