Monroe County EMS and Valmeyer emergency personnel responded about 3:15 p.m. Sunday to a motorcycle crash with injuries at 7854 Bluff Road. The male motorcyclist was complaining of road rash at the scene and a female rider was bleeding from the face and arms, according to emergency radio dispatch.

The riders were identified as Donald and Angela Arban of Granite City. Both were transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County.
