Josh and Megan Busby of Waterloo announce the birth of their son, Luke Edward Busby. Luke was born Oct. 2, 2021, at 12:45 a.m. at Missouri Baptist Hospital, St. Louis, weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz. Luke is the brother of 2-year-old Jackson Busby, grandson of Gary and Terri Gregson and Gaylon and Lisa Busby. Luke’s great-grandmother is Viola Frank.
