The Prairie du Rocher, Maeystown and Red Bud fire departments responded about 11:30 a.m. Monday to a house fire reported at 2017 Washington Street in Renault in Monroe County. All occupants were out of the building, according to emergency radio dispatch.

At 11:50 a.m., firefighters reported the fire was out. Damage appeared to be minimal. The listed owner of the home is Tracy Tockstein.
