The Gibault Catholic High School boys basketball team is this week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week.

Coached by Dennis Rueter, the Hawks have jumped out to a 5-0 start after rolling through the Metro-East Thanksgiving Tournament with a balanced scoring attack.

The team travels to Pinckneyville on Friday night.
