Randy’s Double R Bar, 107 S. Main Street, Waterloo, will hold its annual block party Aug. 13. Bands begin playing at 2 p.m. and go to 11 p.m., and the Waterloo Masonic Lodge will be selling food. Seating will be limited, so feel free to bring lawn chairs.
