Monroe County EMS will be at the Waterloo Walmart from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 4-8 p.m. Dec. 10 collecting new, unwrapped gifts for Toys For Tots. Gifts can also be dropped off at any time at the Monroe County EMS base at the annex or at the Monroe County Courthouse. The last day for donations is Dec. 16.
