The annual GLOW in the Dark Lighted Holiday Parade steps off at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, in downtown Waterloo.

The parade begins at the Gibault  Catholic High School parking lot and ends at Library and Mill streets traversing Columbia Avenue and Main Street.
