Columbia’s Bright Night Christmas Parade takes place at 5 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 7 on Main Street.
Santa Claus makes his grand appearance for the Christmas season during this parade of lighted Christmas-themed floats.
The theme for this year’s parade is “Songs of the Season.” The parade will begin at Temple and Main streets, then travel south to Cherry Street.
Following the parade, Turner Hall at 375 E. Cherry Street will have Santa visiting with kids, food and drinks available to purchase, and fun activities for the kids.
