Halloween Hi-Jinks in Columbia will be from 10 a.m. to noon this Saturday, Oct. 30 in and around Main Street. Participating businesses will have treats on hand and there will be a costume contest at Columbia City Hall at noon. Visit columbiaillinois.com for more information.
