The third annual Firebird Fest returns to Waterloo on Saturday, May 20, beginning at 3 p.m. in and around the Monroe County Courthouse square featuring Pontiac Firebirds, food and music. The parade of Firebirds begins at 3 p.m. with radio station KSHE 95 and Columbia’s own DJ Lern broadcasting. Live music begins at 7 p.m. with Ozzy and the Complete Black Sabbath Experience playing from 8:30-10 p.m. at the courthouse bandstand. Proceeds benefit The Song Society music therapy organization.
