The Illinois Department of Public Health will operate a mobile COVID-19 test site in the parking lot of the Monroe County Annex, 901 Illinois Avenue in Waterloo, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 16-17.
