A rock and blues concert will be held Sunday, Sept. 1 at Vintage Wine Bar in Waterloo. The event will feature a fish and BBQ stand, 50/50 drawing and a silent auction. Musical acts include Dazed n Confused STL, Billy Barnett Band, Skylark Brothers, Big Mike and Blu-City All-Stars and Burnt Toast and the Jam. Tickets are $10 for general admission or $20 for admission and entry into a $500 cash drawing. Kids under 12 are free. All proceed will benefit organizations Songs 4 Soldiers, Helping Strays, House of Neighborly Service, Waterloo High School Booster Club and Valmeyer Knights of Columbus.
