A 4-H STEM Spooktacular hosted by the University of Illinois Extension Office takes place this Sunday, Oct. 27 from 4-6 p.m. at the Monroe County Annex, 901 Illinois Avenue, Waterloo.
This family-friendly Halloween event includes trick-or-treating for kids, “spooky” science activities, hot dogs, popcorn and more.
