Crash near McDonald’s in Columbia

Columbia police, fire and EMS personnel responded shortly before 8:30 a.m. Thursday to a two-vehicle crash at the busy intersection of Admiral Parkway (Route 3) and Veterans Parkway near McDonald’s.

The vehicles involved were a Missouri pickup truck hauling a trailer with mowing equipment and a black SUV with Illinois plates. A female occupant of the SUV complained of a minor arm injury on scene.

The accident was cleared by about 9 a.m.
