Columbia boys basketball | Team of the Week

The Columbia High School boys basketball team coached by Mark Sandstrom is this week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week.

The Eagles (19-6) won at Freeburg on Friday night, 50-37, to claim a share of the Cahokia Conference championship with Breese Central. Columbia closes out its regular season this Friday night at home against Triad before hosting a Class 3A regional next week.

The Eagles will play the winner of Waterloo vs. Freeburg on Tuesday, March 1.
