Chelsea B. Bivins of Waterloo and Corey A. Minemann of Modoc have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Kim Bivins and Elizabeth Bivins and Dennis Huebner of Waterloo.

She is a graduate of Waterloo High School and the Career Center of Southern Illinois in 2008.

She is employed as a licensed practical nurse.

The groom-to-be is the son of Melanie and Rodney Snider of Grand Tower and Steve Minemann and Jenny Mesnarich of Modoc.

He is a graduate of Red Bud High School and will graduate from the Boilermakers, Local 363 in 2018 as a welder.

They are planning a May 16, 2015 wedding.
